E-COMMERCE AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE DIRECTOR | Up to 110,000 per annum, plus 28% management bonus scheme and company car




Based at Forest House in Nottinghamshire, this is a hybrid role with office and homeworking. Travel to our village locations in the UK and Ireland will also be required, along with some overnight stays.

At Center Parcs, every guest interaction matters - from the moment they search for a break to the memories they take home. As our new E-Commerce and Customer Experience Director, you'll take the lead in transforming how millions of guests connect with us online.



Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, and working in close partnership with the Operating Board, you'll set the strategic direction for our digital trading channels. You'll be accountable for e-commerce performance, leading the optimisation of booking, payment and ancillary journeys across web and mobile. Beyond conversion and revenue, you'll champion a guest-first approach, ensuring digital experiences are seamless, personalised and inspiring at every touchpoint.



This is a pivotal senior leadership role where commercial acumen meets digital innovation. You'll co-own the digital roadmap with Technology, drive best-in-class UX and CX, and embed an agile, goal setting and performance framework-led culture across the team. Alongside this, you'll act as a thought leader on evolving consumer behaviour, balancing commercial ambition with a commitment to creating tailored experiences that keep guests coming back.


ABOUT YOU




Deep expertise leading e-commerce and digital channel teams with P&L accountability at 300m+ scale, ideally within a large B2C brand A digital trader first and foremost, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and online performance Strong grasp of Agile delivery and OKR frameworks, with experience embedding test-and-learn cultures Skilled at onboarding new suppliers, building business cases and delivering ROI through digital partnerships Exceptional communicator who can influence and communicate effectively with senior executives, including the Operating Board Experienced people leader, able to inspire, engage and develop high-performing teams Inclusive, collaborative and commercially minded, with the confidence to influence across functions
