is hiring a highly skilled

E-commerce & Performance Growth Manager

to take full ownership of Shopify, CRO, Klaviyo and all paid advertising (Meta, TikTok, Google).

technical Shopify ownership

with

full paid ads responsibility

across three fast-growing beauty and wellness brands. A strategic, hands-on position where your decisions directly impact growth daily.

E-COMMERCE (SHOPIFY, CRO & TECHNICAL GROWTH) Shopify Management



Manage products, variants, collections, metafields Build high-converting PDPs for B2B (lash techs/salons) & DTC Fix technical errors (shipping, checkout, tagging, app conflicts, pixel issues) Improve site navigation, structure & mobile UX Maintain TikTok Shop, Pinterest & Meta integrations Implement SEO basics (meta titles, descriptions, alt tags, URL structure) Manage app ecosystem (reviews, bundles, upsells, subscriptions, loyalty, tracking)

Landing Pages & CRO



Build landing pages in PageFly, Shogun or GemPages Run heatmap analysis (Hotjar/Microsoft Clarity) Identify funnel drop-offs (ATC, IC, checkout) A/B test layouts, messaging, pricing, CTA, images & bundles Improve site speed & loading performance Use data to refine user experience across three brands Build landing pages for offers, bundles, UGC, launches & paid traffic

Technical SEO



Optimise collection structure (B2B lash tech + DTC skincare/supplements) Implement product & review schema Fix broken links & improve internal linking Improve search visibility for high-intent keywords

KLAVIYO & LIFECYCLE MARKETING



Build, optimise and scale flows including:

Welcome, abandoned checkout/cart, browse, post-purchase, replenishment, VIP, B2B wholesale interest, review request, winback



Improve segmentation, deliverability & customer journey Set up pop-ups, quizzes, onsite capture tools Integrate flows with TikTok Shop, Shopify, reviews & loyalty Build campaign emails (product drops, educational content, sales) Analyse open rates, CVR, revenue per recipient & A/B test content

PAID ADS (META, TIKTOK, GOOGLE)



You'll own all paid acquisition across all three brands.

Meta, TikTok & Google



Build, launch & scale full-funnel campaigns (TOF/MOF/BOF) Maintain CAC, ROAS, NC-ROAS, MER & blended performance Identify best-selling products & winning offer angles Test audiences, creatives, hooks, formats & structures Manage spark ads, UGC ads, broad targeting & retargeting Build DTC funnels for skincare + supplements Build B2B acquisition funnels for lash techs

Creative Strategy



Analyse creative performance using

Motion

Break down winners vs losers (hook rate, retention, scroll-stop rate) Create data-driven creative briefs for UGC creators & influencers Build a creative testing roadmap for both DTC & B2B Work with content creators to generate high-converting video assets

Retargeting & Remarketing



Build retargeting for:
website visitors
add-to-carts
lash techs looking at wholesale packs
skincare routine viewers
supplement education pages

Run sequential storytelling funnels Increase AOV through bundle + upsell strategies

Apps, Upsells & Revenue Optimisation



Manage essential Shopify apps (bundles, upsells, subscriptions, reviews, loyalty, tracking) Set up and optimise pre-purchase, in-cart and post-purchase upsells Improve AOV using bundles, quantity breaks and offer testing Monitor app performance + avoid bloat while keeping the store fast Implement tools like Reconvert, WideBundle, Bundler, AfterSell etc. Use data (heatmaps, scroll depth, drop-off points) to identify where customers abandon and fix it Work with paid ads strategy to build landing pages that convert (PDPs, bundles, promos)

TRACKING & ANALYTICS



Set up and maintain:

Meta Pixel + CAPI


TikTok Pixel / Events API


Google Ads tracking


GA4 events & conversions


Pinterest & Shopify event tracking


UTM structures and naming conventions



Daily analysis through:

Triple Whale

(MER, blended ROAS, attribution, pixel health, cohorts, LTV)

Motion

(creative breakdown)

Shopify analytics



Resolve tracking discrepancies & attribution issues Build simple weekly dashboards for growth performance Provide weekly insights & recommended actions to founder

SEO & Organic Growth



Implement e-commerce SEO fundamentals (meta titles, descriptions, alt text, URLs) Improve product/collection structure for ranking Add product + review schema Optimise blog content, ingredient pages & educational pages Support organic growth across lash tech keywords, skincare concerns & supplement benefits Use data to identify high-intent keyword opportunities

COLLABORATION



You will work closely with:

Content creators (UGC, TikTok, ads) Social/content team Founder (fast approvals + creative direction) Designers (banners, email assets) Photographers/videographers Influencers (from a performance angle)

WHAT WE NEED



2-4+ years e-commerce growth or paid media experience Strong Shopify technical background Experience scaling Meta/TikTok/Google ads Strong understanding of DTC & B2B funnels Experience with Klaviyo Proficient with Triple Whale & Motion Strong analytical & creative thinking Comfortable owning ads + Shopify + CRO simultaneously Able to work quickly, spot opportunities & solve problems Passionate about beauty, skincare, supplements or wellness is a bonus
