Identify funnel drop-offs (ATC, IC, checkout)
A/B test layouts, messaging, pricing, CTA, images & bundles
Improve site speed & loading performance
Use data to refine user experience across three brands
Build landing pages for offers, bundles, UGC, launches & paid traffic
Break down winners vs losers (hook rate, retention, scroll-stop rate)
Create data-driven creative briefs for UGC creators & influencers
Build a creative testing roadmap for both DTC & B2B
Work with content creators to generate high-converting video assets
Run sequential storytelling funnels
Increase AOV through bundle + upsell strategies
Apps, Upsells & Revenue Optimisation
Manage essential Shopify apps (bundles, upsells, subscriptions, reviews, loyalty, tracking)
Set up and optimise pre-purchase, in-cart and post-purchase upsells
Improve AOV using bundles, quantity breaks and offer testing
Monitor app performance + avoid bloat while keeping the store fast
Implement tools like Reconvert, WideBundle, Bundler, AfterSell etc.
Use data (heatmaps, scroll depth, drop-off points) to identify where customers abandon and fix it
Work with paid ads strategy to build landing pages that convert (PDPs, bundles, promos)
2-4+ years e-commerce growth or paid media experience
Strong Shopify technical background
Experience scaling Meta/TikTok/Google ads
Strong understanding of DTC & B2B funnels
Experience with Klaviyo
Proficient with Triple Whale & Motion
Strong analytical & creative thinking
Comfortable owning ads + Shopify + CRO simultaneously
Able to work quickly, spot opportunities & solve problems
Passionate about beauty, skincare, supplements or wellness is a bonus
