What you\'ll be doing

My client a multi-award-winning eCommerce agency have a track record of hiring local talent and implementing a personal development plan proven to help you learn new skills gain invaluable industry experience and provide opportunities to gain more qualifications within a fast growing and established sector.
As an eCommerce Assistant from day one you will be welcomed into a very experienced fun and friendly working environment to support the solutions team with the end goal of building eCommerce websites for a whole host of impressive clients spanning various industries such as food fashion fitness beauty DIY and more. In the role of eCommerce Assistant you will develop skills in multiple areas including project management strategy internal marketing and content co-ordination to ensure the successful delivery of website development projects.
Training is provided in all forms including shadowing more experienced colleagues classroom sessions enrolment onto further qualifications within digital and eCommerce which this business pays for and hands on experience working on exciting development projects from start to finish. Such is the quality of the training offered that with the right application you will progress your career into more senior roles within the business in no time with a host of options available from Account & Project Management to Business Analysis Solutions Specialist and more.

What experience you\'ll need
  • A desire and aptitude to learn new skills and engage in training.
  • A University/college degree or A-levels in a relevant area such as Marketing Computer Science Graphic Design or similar.
  • A desire to get into the world of eCommerce and digital/tech.
  • Any previous exposure to website development/eCommerce in any form would be a bonus/advantageous.
  • Any previous experience in an agency or fast paced environment would also be great.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident when speaking with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Naturally you\'ll be extremely organised with time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Eager to be part of a friendly and sociable team.
  • Comfortable working from the central Bristol office 1-2 times week (you\'re welcome to work from the office 100% of the time but we offer hybrid working so you can work from home 3-4 times a week).
