E-Commerce Content & Marketing Administrator
to join our friendly team.
The Role
Working within our Marketing Team and reporting to the Senior Brand Marketing and Purchasing Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our online product content across our website and marketplace channels.
Your work will directly influence how customers see and shop our products online -- from crafting accurate descriptions to ensuring images and pricing are spot on. You'll also have the chance to get involved in wider marketing projects such as social media, email campaigns, photography and product promotion.

What You'll Do
Create and update product listings: descriptions, pricing, and technical details
Maintain and optimise content across website and marketplace channels
Support with competitor price comparisons and margin analysis
Use spreadsheets (Excel) to manage data and monitor sales performance
Prepare and edit product images using Adobe Photoshop
Contribute to social media posts, email campaigns, and brand promotions
Assist with data analysis using Google Analytics and other tools
Help with stock selection, replenishment, and buying decisions
Occasionally attend trade shows and supplier visits
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who will thrive in our small, close-knit team. The ideal candidate will be:
Excellent written English and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Photoshop or similar image editing software (advantageous)
Interest in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing (desirable)
Basic knowledge of SEO and product listing optimisation
Detail-focused - able to spot errors and maintain accuracy when handling large volumes of product data
Organised and methodical - able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Creative - enjoys writing engaging product descriptions and contributing to marketing content
Commercially aware - understands the importance of pricing, margins, and stock turnover
Proactive and self-motivated - takes initiative and looks for ways to improve processes
Adaptable - willing to learn new systems, skills, and approaches as the business grows
Collaborative - works well with colleagues across different departments
Customer-focused - keeps the shopper's online experience in mind when creating content
Positive and resilient - approaches challenges with enthusiasm and a solutions-driven mindset
Experience working with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, or similar) (desirable)
Familiarity with online marketplaces
What We Offer
Salary: 24,000 - 26,500 pa depending on experience
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
