Role Overview
We're seeking a detail oriented and proactive eCommerce Content Executive to manage day-to-day website content updates. This includes managing product listings, uploading promotions, refreshing landing pages, and supporting the online customer journey through effective content and merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
Add, update, and maintain product listings (descriptions, specifications, images and pricing).
Upload and manage promotional banners, offers, and seasonal campaigns across the website.
Monitor product performance and availability, ensure discontinued or out-of-stock products are managed correctly.
Work closely with suppliers or internal teams to gather accurate content, imagery and assets.
Collaborate with marketing to publish new content (blog posts, landing pages, seasonal collections).
Assist with on-site merchandising to improve navigation and product discovery.
Use the CMS (content management system - Shopify) and eCommerce platform to manage all front-end changes.
Ensure consistency in tone, branding and accuracy across the site.
Identify opportunities to improve SEO on product and category pages.
Perform regular audits of the site to catch outdated or incorrect content.
Essential Skills & Experience
Previous experience in an eCommerce, retail or digital marketing role.
Comfortable using website CMS platforms (e.g: Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce or Similar).
Strong written English and attention to detail
Ability to resize/edit images using tools like Photoshop or Canva.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Comfortable handling product data, spreadsheets (Excel), and online databases.
Basic understanding of SEO principles (titles, meta descriptions, keywords).
Honest, reliable, and loyal -- take ownership of your work and act in the company's best interests.
Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
A team player with strong communication skills and a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
Desirable (but not essential)
Experience in the catering/hospitality equipment sector.
Familiarity with Google Analytics or GA4.
Experience using product information management (PIM) systems
HTML/CSS knowledge
