We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

E-Commerce Specialist

to join our team. This role involves managing online sales platforms, optimising digital marketing strategies, and analysing performance metrics to drive growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a solid understanding of digital marketing tools, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Responsibilities



Assist with the day to day running of the website and other online marketplaces Create and update the content on the website, eBay, Amazon and B&Q, including images, descriptions and price changes Work with spreadsheets to keep pricing within profit margins Responding to live chat messages from the website Process orders using the Pyramid and Linnworks systems, ensuring that orders that are ready to be sent are put in the warehouse's folder for sending Assist with SEO and e-commerce strategies, including competitor analysis, reporting using Google Analytics, and generating and implementing promotional content Post on social media and ensure that the profiles are regularly updated Liaise with the purchasing team to ensure timely deliveries to customers or to provide them updates on their ordered items Assist the customer service team with incoming calls and emails as required, assisting customers with their enquiries Assist the other departments in the business with incoming calls as required, taking messages and passing them on to the relevant department

Skills



The ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in SEO techniques, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms. Experience with WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other IT tools. Excellent analysis skills to interpret data from various sources for strategic decision-making. Effective copywriting skills tailored for online audiences across social media channels. Knowledge of social media management tools and B2B marketing strategies. Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 12.80-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
