Products include thread, yarn, kits, patterns, accessories, and publications. Based in Wakefield, reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, this role is the ideal opportunity to take your next step in your ecommerce career and work in a vibrant creative industry.

You'll collaborate closely with colleagues in the marketing team, including a graphic designer and social media co-ordinator, as well as with our wider digital team and stakeholders, playing a key role in execution of the trading plan and identifying opportunities for commercial growth within our fast-paced, direct-to-consumer environment.

WHAT ABOUT YOU?



We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Ecommerce Co-ordinator

to support our online trading strategy on Sirdar.com. This role plays a key part in delivering seamless product launches and driving commercial performance.

You'll support the Ecommerce Manager with day-to-day trading activity, including the creative and accurate delivery of promotions, on-site merchandising and email marketing, as well as performance reporting. This hands-on role will suit someone can combine faultless digital execution with data-driven insights, creating meaningful consumer messages.

You will have

exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication with proven attention to detail. excellent numerical skills and proficient user of Excel, Word and Powerpoint the ability to identify potential issues in advance, communicate these efficiently, and solve problems proactively. experience of Google Analytics, wider Google suite and Meta
