You will manage our digital storefront and provide outstanding customer service that keeps our community coming back for more.

What You'll Do:

Be a Customer Champion:

Engage with our customers across email, chat, and phone to resolve issues and deliver a 5 star experience.

Manage Our Digital Storefront:

Own and optimize product listings, process online orders, and manage returns with a keen eye for detail.

Grow Our Business:

Use your insights from customer feedback to help shape and improve our service, driving both loyalty and sales.

Support & Empower:

Be a central point of support for internal teams, using your technical knowledge for reporting and troubleshooting.

Evolve the Platform:

Flex your technical skills in system administration, cloud hosting, and database management to ensure our e-commerce platform runs smoothly and securely.
What You'll Bring:

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and the flow of online order management. A "customer first" mindset with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of databases and basic website development is a plus, enabling you to speak the language of our tech teams. A highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented approach. Experience in a retail or customer-facing role is an advantage.
