Job Description

1, Design & Creative Production

Design and maintain the brand's ecommerce website (Shopify/WooCommerce) -- including homepage layout, product pages, and banners.

Update product packaging designs, labels, and digital mockups when new products launch.

Create marketing visuals for social media, online ads, and offline materials (brochures, posters, event banners).

Edit short videos for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) -- product highlights, tutorials, or brand storytelling.

2, Market Research & Product Strategy

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, category trends, and competitor movements.

Assist in product selection and positioning, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market demand.

Provide insights on pricing, promotion, and customer experience improvements.

Responsible for the packaging design of the products, as well as the VI (Visual Identity) designs of the branding system

3, Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Growth

Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Email).

Oversee SEO, content creation, and influencer collaborations to increase organic reach and sales.

Manage social media accounts and schedule regular, engaging content.

Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Shopify reports, and optimise results.

Requirements

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field

Strong skills in graphic and video design (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, or CapCut).

Working knowledge of Shopify or WooCommerce, SEO, and paid advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads).

Preferred

Experience in small brand marketing or a startup environment.

Interest or background in health, beauty, or herbal products.

Basic photography or copywriting skills.

Familiarity with Chinese culture
