British American Tobacco UK has an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Executive in London, Chiswick
This role is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in eCommerce within one of the country's fastest-growing industries. As part of our dynamic D2C team, you will lead the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns and promotional plans across all trading websites, taking full accountability for sales performance. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will gain broad experience while driving our commercial growth. We are looking for a proactive self-starter eager to learn all aspects of eCommerce and deliver results within a close-knit team.
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Drive online sales by optimising campaigns, promotions, pricing, and onsite merchandising, with full ownership of KPIs, reporting, and trading insights.
• Analyse sales drivers (traffic, conversion, AOV) and competitor activity to identify risks, opportunities, and actions to maximise performance.
• Manage website content, product data, and merchandising, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand and CRM campaigns.
• Lead campaign planning and execution across all sites, from product launches to seasonal promotions, collaborating with creative, finance, and marketing teams.
• Support eCommerce development by building roadmaps, managing bugs, and conducting UAT, ensuring new features and enhancements meet requirements.
• Use analytics tools (Power BI, GA, Adobe, Shopify, Content Square) to generate actionable insights and drive data-led improvements.
• Oversee D2C subscriptions model, stock planning, and range performance to achieve business growth and customer retention targets.
• Ensure all campaigns, promotions, and new developments are LEX approved, while managing multiple projects efficiently and presenting performance updates confidently.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an eCommerce environment, with understanding of website architecture, platforms, plugins, and payment systems.
• Strong ability to analyse commercial and digital KPIs, applying insights to improve performance and drive results.
• Knowledge of logistics, delivery processes, warehousing, back-office systems, and basic stock management.
• Experience in marketing and planning environments, with proven project planning and execution skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure, meeting deadlines and budget requirements with resilience and accountability.
• Proactive, data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Collaborative, optimistic, and adaptable team player with a can-do attitude.
• Beneficial: experience in FMCG, Shopify, or Google Analytics.
