Job Summary



The Ecommerce Executive is a proactive and commercially driven individual, responsible for managing and growing ecommerce performance across key third-party platforms, with Amazon being a primary revenue driver.

You will take ownership of product listings from creation through to optimisation, using marketplace data, customer insights, and performance metrics to maximise visibility, conversion rate, and profitability. A strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, listing optimisation, and marketplace advertising will be essential in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.

Working closely with colleagues across product development, sourcing, marketing, and logistics, and supported by the Managing Director, you will play a key role in launching new products, scaling existing ranges, and improving overall marketplace performance.

You will also be encouraged to identify opportunities to improve results through Amazon advertising, enhanced content, promotions, operational efficiencies, and expansion into additional Amazon marketplaces where commercially viable.

Key Skills



Strong hands-on experience with ecommerce marketplaces, particularly Amazon Seller Central Proven ability to create, optimise, and manage Amazon product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords) Experience with Amazon advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display Solid understanding of keyword research, search ranking, and conversion rate optimisation Ability to analyse performance data including sales, traffic, ACOS, ROAS, and conversion metrics Knowledge of Amazon account health, listing compliance, and performance standards Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (beneficial) Email marketing or CRM experience (beneficial) Ecommerce or marketplace certifications (advantageous but not essential)

Responsibilities



Platforms



Take ownership of third-party ecommerce platforms, with a strong focus on Amazon Create, launch, and continuously optimise product listings to improve visibility, conversion, and organic ranking Develop and manage A+ Content, enhanced brand content, and storefront pages Ensure all listings meet platform compliance requirements and brand guidelines Create and manage briefs with colleagues and suppliers for imagery, video, lifestyle content, and rich media

Sales & Performance



Work with the Managing Director to align sales forecasts and growth targets Plan, execute, and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns to drive profitable growth Monitor and report on key performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement Support product launches, promotions, deals, and seasonal trading events Analyse competitor activity, pricing, and category trends

Stock & Operations



Collaborate with product and stock control teams to forecast demand and manage inventory Monitor stock levels, inbound shipments, and sell-through to reduce stockouts and excess inventory Support fulfilment strategy across FBA and FBM where applicable

Media & Marketing



Work closely with the marketing team to develop brand-aligned creative assets for listings and advertising Contribute ideas for product launches, promotions, and advertising campaigns Coordinate with influencers, media partners, and external agencies where required Provide clear creative briefs and ensure timely delivery of visual and written content
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 33,000.00-35,000.00 per year
