Website & Social Media Assistant

Responsibilities:

Manage and update our Shopify website. Handle order processing and coordinate shipping to customers. Monitor inventory and ensure timely order fulfillment. Manage and create content for social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Assist with customer inquiries and provide good service.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of Shopify (training can be provided). Good communication skills in English Knowledge of social media marketing. Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.

The Role:

We're seeking a motivated and hands-on individual to head up our internet business. You will oversee day-to-day operations including order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch. As the business grows, you'll also be responsible for building and managing a team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily e-commerce operations (vape products, jewellery, and other fast-selling items). Handle order processing, picking, packing, and shipping. Recruit, train, and lead a small team as the business expands. Work closely with management to improve processes and drive growth. Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in e-commerce, operations, or warehouse management preferred. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to take initiative and grow into a leadership role. Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Team player with strong communication skills.
