Are you a data-driven eCommerce professional ready to take ownership of online performance and growth? We're looking for a passionate, pet loving

eCommerce Manager

to lead the optimisation, innovation, and expansion of our online sales channels across both

Direct-to-Consumer (D2C)

and

Business-to-Business (B2B)

websites and marketplaces for our UK brands.

This is a pivotal role in shaping a

seamless, high-conversion digital shopping experience

while driving measurable commercial results. You'll collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Development agencies to ensure our websites and marketplaces don't just function--but thrive.

Responsibilities



Website Management & Development


Oversee daily website performance, ensuring technical stability, smooth navigation, and impactful site improvements.

Marketplace Growth


Manage and optimise listings across platforms like Amazon, ensuring accuracy, discoverability, and brand consistency.

UX/UI & CRO


Lead conversion rate optimisation through A/B testing, behaviour analysis, and continuous site enhancements.

Promotional & Trading Activities


Partner with Brand teams to deliver seasonal promotions, launches, and category-focused campaigns.

SEO & Traffic Growth


Implement SEO best practices, track performance, and align with wider marketing strategies.

Customer Journey Optimisation


Enhance every step of the customer journey, from discovery through to checkout and beyond.

Commercial Growth & Innovation


Drive online sales by introducing new initiatives, features, and tools to improve performance KPIs.

Skills



Proven management experience in an e-commerce management and website optimisation. Strong knowledge of CRO, UX/UI and SEO principles and best practices. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage developers/agencies and budgets. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis; familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is essential. Knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking website performance metrics. Hands-on experience managing product listings and online marketplaces. Understanding of B2B marketing principles is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team. Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines effectively. Outstanding organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Desirable extras

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 40,000.00-55,000.00 per year
