From running high production TikTok Lives out of our newly acquired Manchester studio (previously TikTok Shop's official UK studios) to managing thousands of SKUs across affiliates, campaigns and promotions, we handle the full funnel.
We are growing quickly and we are looking for a commercially minded Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of end to end shop performance across multiple clients and deliver ambitious growth targets.
The Role
As Ecommerce Manager you will be responsible for driving overall sales and profitability across multiple TikTok Shops. You will own shop performance, campaign execution, pricing, promotions, and trading strategy to maximise GMV and margin.
You will be highly data driven and commercially sharp, with a passion for spotting opportunities and acting quickly. You will work closely with our account managers, live operations and creative teams to ensure shops are optimised, campaigns are impactful, and clients are consistently growing.
Key Responsibilities
Trading and Performance
Own daily, weekly and monthly performance for a portfolio of TikTok Shops
Analyse GMV, AOV, CTR, conversion and refund rates to find growth opportunities
Optimise product listings, bundles, pricing and promotions to maximise ROI
Build and deliver promotional calendars, flash sales and campaigns to drive urgency
Work with TikTok Shop account managers to secure traffic incentives, early access deals and platform support
Shop Operations
Manage product catalogues including new product uploads, imagery, titles and descriptions
Ensure all listings comply with TikTok Shop rules and avoid listing takedowns
Coordinate with clients on inventory planning and ensure bestseller availability
Troubleshoot issues quickly and work with TikTok to resolve shop or product problems
Collaboration and Planning
Align with Account Management on client targets, budgets and weekly priorities
Feed trading insights to the Creative and Live teams to inform product push strategies
Collaborate with the Affiliate team to grow creator participation on key campaigns
Reporting and Insight
Build weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
Present insights and results to clients to demonstrate growth and highlight opportunities
Track competitor activity and stay ahead of category and TikTok Shop trends

Requirements
Must Have
Proven experience as an Ecommerce Manager or Ecommerce Trading Manager or Merchandiser with at least 3 years experience
Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics including conversion, CTR, GMV and margin and how to influence them
Highly data driven with excellent analytical skills and ability to turn insight into action
Thrives in a fast paced, high growth environment where priorities can change quickly
Excellent communication skills and confident presenting to clients and internal stakeholders
Nice to Have
Hands on experience with TikTok Shop or other marketplaces like Amazon or Shopify
Experience running promotional calendars and trading campaigns
Beauty, lifestyle or DTC category experience
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
