Role Overview
To support our business and digital growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented eCommerce specialist looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will support our platform transformation journey and drive continuous enhancements to our online presence and eCommerce capabilities. You will play a key role in our expanding eCommerce department, delivering best practices and performance across our Shopify site and other digital platforms. Your contributions will be essential for optimising product offerings, catalogue management, and overall site performance, while coordinating marketing, commercial, and cross-departmental initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
eCommerce Platform & Backend Management
Manage product uploads, catalogue updates, and technical site enhancements.
Support ongoing transformation and optimisation of the customer journey and sales funnel.
Manage marketplaces, and social media for enhanced user experience and performance.
Trading and Campaign Management
Responsibility for trading calendar, identify opportunities and coordinate performance oriented marketing activities
Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver quality materials supporting planned campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, logistics, trade, and content teams to ensure eCommerce best practices are aligned with wider business goals.
Ensure alignment of product data, catalogue updates, and digital campaigns across all channels.
Analytics & Reporting
Utilise digital analytics tools to measure website KPIs, conversion rates, and sales.
Report on customer behaviour, traffic sources, and site performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
eCommerce & Trading Experience: At least 3 years' experience in eCommerce with proven knowledge of Shopify.
Technical Proficiency: Understanding of backend systems, product cataloguing, site optimisation, and (ideally) CRM platforms.
Data-Driven: Proficient in using analytical tools, such as Google Analytics, to drive data-led decisions.
Problem-Solving & Innovation: Analytical skills and adaptability.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred). SEO or marketing certifications are a plus.
Bonus Skills: Agency or cross-functional project management; coding or platform customisation experience is advantageous.
