Calex is a specialist training and consultancy organisation partnered with several leading automotive manufacturers. We are currently seeking to recruit an Ecommerce Manager at Stellantis UK in Coventry on a 12 month fixed term contract.

As an Ecommerce Manager within Stellantis' Marketing Operations department, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital performance across all Stellantis brands, covering both Passenger Cars and Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs). You will ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of digital platforms, monitor user engagement, and identify actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all product and commercial information is correctly displayed across Stellantis ecommerce platforms

Liaise daily with brand product teams and commercial actions teams to maintain up-to-date and accurate content

Track and analyse key ecommerce metrics including:

x Live Chat interactions

x Completed Configurations

x Lead submissions

Identify trends and anomalies that may impact performance and escalate findings to the Head of Digital & Ecommerce

Act as a central point of contact between digital, product, and media teams to ensure alignment on ecommerce strategy and execution

Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving user experience and conversion rates

Recommend enhancements to platform functionality and user journeys based on data insights

Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging ecommerce technologies

About You

Proven experience in ecommerce management, ideally within automotive or a fast-paced consumer industry

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, CRM systems, and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Date Studio)

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Salary & Benefits:

Contract:

12 Month Fixed Term / Full Time

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday / 40 hours per week

Place of Work:

This is a hybrid position working from home and Stellantis Head Office (Pinley House) in Coventry a minimum of 2 days per week.

Pre-employment Checks:

Calex will undertake the relevant/standard employment checks with all successful candidate. This includes contacting all nominated references, as well as checking candidate ID, driving licence (if appropriate) and right to work in the UK. Some roles may also be subject to further pre-employment checks (confirmation will be provided through the recruitment process). The nature of this role may necessitate that we undertake a DBS check.
