About the Brand:


We are a playful lifestyle brand based in Brixton, London. We are seeking a highly organised E-Commerce / Marketing Admin Assistant to support inventory and online sales platform management, wholesale accounts (Selfridges and other department stores and independent retailers), shipping, and marketing activities such as content coordination and campaign support.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, proactive, and excited about both e-commerce operations and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Stock & Inventory Management



Track and update stock levels across all platforms. Ensure inventory is accurately listed on Shopify and other selling channels. Collaborate with suppliers to prevent stock shortages.

2. E-Commerce Platform Management



Maintain and update product listings across Shopify and other marketplaces. Optimise product descriptions, images, and pricing for better sales performance. Monitor platform analytics and suggest improvements.

3. Wholesale Account Coordination



Process and track wholesale orders from platforms and direct B2B clients. Maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners, ensuring smooth communication and order fulfilment. Assist with pricing, catalogues, and bulk order negotiations.

4. Shipping & Logistics



Manage shipping processes, including label generation, packing, and tracking shipments. Coordinate with couriers and resolve any delivery issues. Ensure accurate order packing and dispatch to meet delivery deadlines.

5. Customer Service & Admin



Handle e-commerce and wholesale customer enquiries professionally and efficiently. Support the wider team with general admin tasks as required.

6. Marketing Support



Assist in scheduling and posting marketing content across social media platforms. Coordinate product samples, press loans, and influencer gifting. Help prepare newsletters, product announcements, and campaign materials. Track basic KPIs (engagement, click-throughs, best-performing SKUs) and report insights. Support the creation and organisation of image and video assets.

Who You Are:



Highly organised & detail-oriented - able to manage multiple platforms and deadlines. Tech-savvy - comfortable working with Shopify and online tools. Hands-on with marketing platforms (social media, email campaigns) and willing to learn. A problem-solver - can troubleshoot order and inventory issues proactively. Experience in e-commerce admin, retail operations, or digital marketing (preferred but not essential).
