Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organised

E-Commerce & Marketing Assistant Manager

to join our team. The goal of this role is to strengthen our direct online presence and draw customers to our own store, reducing reliance on third-party marketplaces.

Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce Assistance

Enhance and maintain our Shopify store Regularly update and monitor the store Create unique and effective promotions

2. Marketing

Increase brand and product awareness Develop and implement SEO strategies Contribute to overall marketing strategies Support with key design implementation

3. General Office Administration

Manage and support a small team working alongside you Collaborate with colleagues to maintain an organised and efficient office environment Contribute to the continuous improvement of office processes and procedures
Qualifications

GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C/5 or above (or equivalent); further relevant education is a plus Prior experience in e-commerce operations Experience with SEO and digital advertising Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with Shopify Experience with order management software Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
