Job Role
Our This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing global multi-channel company in Devon and an ideal role for someone looking to advance their career in eCommerce. We are looking for a bright, commercial, and digitally savvy person to join our growing eCommerce team.
You'll be hands-on in managing and optimising product content, from launching new items to refining existing listings across our own websites, marketplaces, and partner platforms. You'll help maximise visibility and conversion through engaging product content and effective marketing activities, track performance and analyse trends.
Over time, you'll take ownership of a selection of brands, becoming the go-to expert for your categories and products. Working closely with teams across marketing and buying, you'll form part of dedicated brand pods that bring each product story to life. You'll know your categories inside out, contribute ideas to product marketing strategies, and share creative input for new products and improvements with the buying team.
Your ultimate goal? To help grow sales across all channels by championing your brands through compelling content and smart marketing. To thrive in this role, you'll need to be proactive, organised, and full of ideas, combining creative flair with a genuine passion for great products and brand success.
What You'll Be Doing
Creating and managing product listings across our B2C websites and marketplaces.
Working with the design & photography teams to bring our products to life through outstanding content.
Monitoring and analysing product sales performance and taking steps to highlight successes and challenges.
Performing regular marketplace analysis on relevant product categories and competitors' products to provide feedback into the sales, marketing and buying teams.
Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge appropriate to the role.
Involvement in other eCommerce tasks & projects deemed necessary by the company to grow the eCommerce operation.
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years' experience working with products or in marketing/eCommerce.
Copywriting experience desirable.
Knowledge of Shopify & eCommerce marketplaces desirable but not essential.
Willingness to learn new systems and processes with training and support provided.
Strong attention to detail and care when completing tasks.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Organised and reliable, with the ability to manage time effectively.
Positive attitude, team player and willing to take on a variety of tasks.
