The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Marketing & Product Specialist to manage key aspects of our online storefront and product lifecycle. This role is central to enhancing our customer experience, expanding our product range, and driving sales through effective merchandising and promotion.

You will be a vital link between product sourcing, online display, and marketing initiatives, directly impacting our brand's success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Product & Category Management:

Oversee the entire product lifecycle on our e-commerce platform(s), from initial listing to optimization. Create, manage, and optimize product categories and sub-categories to ensure intuitive navigation and discoverability for customers. Maintain accurate product information, ensuring consistency and quality across all listings. Regularly audit product pages for accuracy, broken links, and consistency.

Storefront Merchandising:

Implement and manage effective visual merchandising strategies on the website, including homepage banners, collection pages, and landing pages, to highlight key products and promotions. Optimize product placement and sequencing within categories to maximize conversion rates. Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align storefront presentation with ongoing campaigns and seasonal themes.

Pricing Strategy & Management:

Assist in the research and analysis of competitor pricing and market trends. Implement and manage pricing strategies across all products, including sales and discounts, to meet revenue and margin goals. Monitor pricing effectiveness and suggest adjustments based on performance data.

Product Sourcing & Onboarding:

Actively research and identify new product opportunities and trends that align with our brand vision and customer demand. Manage the end-to-end process of adding new products to the website, including gathering all necessary information from suppliers.

Product Content & Photography:

Write compelling, accurate, and SEO-friendly product descriptions that highlight features and benefits. Coordinate or execute high-quality product photography, ensuring images are consistent with brand guidelines and optimized for web use. This may involve liaising with external photographers or performing in-house photography. Ensure all product media (images, videos) is uploaded correctly and displayed optimally.

Promotions & Campaigns:

Support the planning and execution of online promotions, sales events, and marketing campaigns. Set up and manage promotional codes and special offers on the e-commerce platform. Monitor the performance of promotions and provide insights for future campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience (2+ years) in an e-commerce, digital marketing, or product management role, preferably within a fast-paced retail environment. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce). Demonstrable experience with product data management, content creation, and basic merchandising principles. Ability to conduct market research and identify product trends. Basic understanding of SEO principles for product listings is a plus. Knowledge of photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is highly desirable, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to write engaging product copy. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and make informed decisions. Self-motivated, proactive, and a collaborative team player.

Desirable (but not essential):



Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for minor content adjustments. Ukrainian or Russian speaking
