Podean is seeking an

eCommerce Media

Specialist

to support the success of Amazon and other marketplace media campaigns. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is eager to learn, grow, and develop expertise in digital media and eCommerce. Working closely with senior team members, you will gain hands-on experience in campaign execution, data analysis, and client communication while helping to drive results for leading brands.

What You'll Do

Assist with the day-to-day management of Amazon and marketplace media campaigns. Support in monitoring and optimising campaigns to achieve client goals. Conduct research, build reports, and analyse performance data to generate insights. Help develop test plans and contribute to strategic discussions with guidance from senior colleagues. Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure campaigns run smoothly. Learn to translate client objectives into actionable tactics, gaining confidence in campaign set-up and execution. Build foundational knowledge in paid search and marketplace media best practices.

What We're Looking For

Interest in digital marketing, eCommerce, or media. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a desire to build relationships and learn client-facing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and chart creation is a plus). Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Enthusiasm to learn and a proactive attitude - no prior agency experience required, but a strong desire to develop in this field is essential.
