Eternal Petals are on the hunt for an Ecommerce OperationsManager who will play an integral part of the London team. Their focus will be to ensure that the end-to-end experience for our customers is as seamless and trouble-free as possible across all backend touchpoints for sales channels including logistics, production, manufacturing, and fulfillment.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish team member responsibilities to meet the daily business demands
  • Ensure accurate and on-time fulfilment and shipment of all customer orders
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures
  • Provide reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly key performance and quality metrics
  • Maintain accurate inventory through proper inventory management and cycle count procedures
  • Work cross-functionally with all departments to identify, develop, and execute on process
  • Lead improvement activities that will help support continuous improvement
  • Develop training documents and facilitate training staff including holding individuals accountable
JOB SCOPEThis role requires individuals who are not shy at rolling up their sleeves and diving deep into the detail. Candidates need to be equally adept at providing objective, coherent analysis - seeking trends and insights from historical order patterns - then preparing tactics and strategies for the business to respond.The key deliverables of this job role are:
  • Cross business ?EURoefulfilment route?EUR governance (coordinating with all key Stakeholders to ensure we can seamlessly deliver customer orders and minimise operational errors).
  • Manage the customer experience for all order journeys. Working with Supply Chain, Logistics, Florists and the Contact Centre to understand the day-to-day detail and understand what is happening within the operation.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders focusing on the end-to-end ordering and delivery experience. Using regular checkpoints to align priorities and co-ordinate effective response to incidents.
KEY SKILLS
  • Ability to distill complex scenarios and information - then make sound recommendations and next steps.
  • Three years?EUR(TM) experience in an operations role preferably within e-commerce or supply chain.
  • Enjoy Challenge! Remain calm under pressure and be able to use structure in thought processes.
  • Excellence at stakeholder management - ability to work with a diverse team across the business.
  • Skilled at prioritising workload, while understanding what business drivers are most important.
  • Ability to manage a team, delegate workloads, and maintain alignment between daily operations and overall strategic direction.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, and the ability to build trust and consensus amongst a team.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
