Are you a strategic relationship builder with a passion for driving digital growth? We are looking for a dynamic

E-Commerce Partnerships Manager

to own and expand our strategic relationships across key B2B and B2C online platforms.

You will be the driving force behind our brand's online presence, ensuring that IVG is not just "present" but

prominent

. From managing major accounts like Sainsbury's and Bookers to optimizing our official website and wholesale portals, you will play a pivotal role in negotiating commercial terms, executing high-impact campaigns, and hitting ambitious revenue targets.

What You'll Do



Strategic Partnership Management:

Own the relationship with key online retail and wholesale partners (e.g., Vape Club, Vape.co.uk, BKS Tradeline, Sainsbury's, etc.).

Maximize Brand Visibility:

Ensure IVG secures "front page" status. You'll be responsible for our presence on homepages, blogs, best-seller sections, and featured listings.

Commercial Growth:

Develop joint business plans to drive revenue. You will negotiate margin structures, promotional slots, and marketing support to ensure mutual growth.

Optimization & Compliance:

Oversee product listings to ensure 100% accuracy in RRP, descriptions, imagery, and compliance across all platforms.

Data-Driven Reporting:

Monitor sales performance and inventory movement, providing weekly actionable insights to the UK Head and BU Head.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Logistics, Finance, and Content teams to resolve operational hurdles and ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Requirements



Experience:

3-5 years in E-commerce, Digital Sales, or Key Account Management.

Industry Knowledge:

Previous experience in

FMCG, Retail, or the Vape/Tobacco industry

is highly advantageous.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or E-commerce (preferred).

Communication:

Exceptional relationship-building skills; you are comfortable visiting partners quarterly to strengthen ties.

Analytical Skills:

A strong mindset for interpreting sales data, traffic trends, and inventory health.

Detail Oriented:

High attention to detail regarding listing accuracy and brand consistency.
