Job Description

Cashbrokers Leamington Spa are looking for a full-time (part-time considered) e-commerce assistant to work in our busy store based in Leamington Spa.

Working independently, within a small team, your primary role will be to ensure that items are efficiently listed and dispatched via our online sales platforms, assist with the customer enquiries through the telephone or via email.

At busy periods and to support staff holidays you will assist customers in store, completing Pawnbroking, Buyback, Retail, Precious Metals buying/selling and foreign exchange transactions.

A full-time position, and you will need to be available 5 days a week between Monday and Saturday, working 2 out of 4 Saturdays with an alternate weekday off.

This is an incredibly diverse role, with no two days the same.

Duties will include:

Preparing & photographing items for sale online via eBay and other e-commerce sites; packaging and dispatch of items sold, handling returns and enquiries. Assisting with the management of our Social Media platforms. Processing of Pawnbroking loans, buybacks, foreign exchange, and retail transactions over the counter Dealing with customer enquiries, answering the telephone and general admin duties.
Required Skills:

Must be a fluent English speaker with excellent written ability. Able to communicate effectively with people from a wide range of backgrounds Previous experience within an eCommerce and/or social media role is desirable, but not essential. Experience within a retail, social media management or ecommerce environment would be beneficial Photography skills would be beneficial. Basic Maths IT Literate

Training will be provided, but experience within eBay/internet sales, pawnbroking, foreign exchange, or retail would be beneficial. The successful candidate will be subject to a Criminal Records check. There will also be a certain level of lifting and carrying required.
