Ecommerce & Performance Marketing Manager

About the role



You'll lead and manage all paid and performance marketing channels, own and optimise our ecommerce platform, and use analytics to continuously and iteratively improve customer acquisition and retention. You'll balance creative flair with analytical experience, driving measurable growth while staying true to the MAAREE brand.

Key responsibilities:



Own, develop and implement the overall ecommerce and digital marketing strategy across paid social, search and email Manage all paid performance activity (Meta, Google Ads etc.), including budget ownership, testing, and optimisation Own the website's performance (shopify), advocating for UX enhancements and AB testing, product merchandising and handling content updates Maintain and manage close relationships with key suppliers and the warehouse Lead email and CRM strategy (Klaviyo) for sales, engagement and product launches, incorporating segmentation, automation, and new releases Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to report on performance, set and track KPIs, and inform data-driven decisions Own the returns & exchanges process and work with customer service to identify opportunities and maximizing customer experience in the process Collaborate with the wider team to develop campaigns that convert while maintaining MAAREE's brand identity Oversee product launches online and ensure consistent brand execution across all digital touchpoints Identify and propose growth opportunities across product, placement, content and innovation Work closely with other members of the team to seamlessly integrate brand activity into ecommerce results

About you



5+ years' experience in ecommerce and performance marketing, ideally within a DTC or fashion/sportswear brand Proven track record managing digital marketing budgets Comfortable and experienced delivering measurable ROI for ecommerce Deep understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics and Meta Ads Strong skills in conversion rate optimization and user journeys Advocate for incredible customer experience and journeys Analytical and data-driven, with an eagerness to turn insights into action Confident being responsible for the full ecommerce part of the business, including being strategically driven as well as and being hands-on with execution Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Passionate about growing brands that empower women to achieve their goals

Bonus points if you have:



Startup and scaleup business experience Knowledge of SEO, affiliate marketing, and influencer performance strategies A background or interest in fitness, sports, or women's health Experience with creative briefing and performance-led content production Experience in fashion, sportswear & ecommerce

Pay: 45,000.00-55,000.00 per year
