We are Swift eCommerce Support Specialists a friendly down to earth eCommerce Fulfilment Service provider that operates out of two warehouses in the Grimsby area. As we are on a constant growth path we are are looking for confident, intelligent, reliable, diligent individuals that have an eye for detail to join our friendly and rapidly expanding customer experience focused operation.

To be a fellow "Swifty" you will need a "be safe, do it right mindset" as you'll be working in either of our busy warehouses to quality expectations and to strict timescales. As with all our processes full training will be given so experience is not required, as we all come from various walks of life and potential career development is always available to the right individuals.

You can find your self working in one of a number of areas as all our employee's are multi-skilled

If picking you will be expected to use an electronic picking device and a work assist vehicle whilst working to a set rate at heights up to 4m.

Our packing is computer based and requires in part following on screen instructions whilst delivering orders to deadlines that will make the final journey.

If working in our inbound area, where accuracy is key a forklift or Flexi licence would be beneficial, however not crucial as you receive on the job training. You'll be expected to work accurately to ensure product detail and quantities are accurately electronically captured.

Own transport is essential, please do not apply if you do not have your own transport as our Stallingborough site is not on any transport links and you could be working at either Laceby or Stallingborough on any given shift.

Working hours are Monday-Sunday with a set shift pattern of 09:00 to 17:00.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
