Job Description

We're looking for a detail-obsessed creator who can bring our products to life online. You'll own our product pages end-to-end, coordinate SEO and imagery, write helpful blogs and manuals, and design custom packaging while working closely with suppliers, our developer, photographer, and social team.

Responsibilities

Build high-quality product & collection pages: upload/organise images, write compelling descriptions, set accurate pricing, and ensure a clean, consistent layout. Partner with the web developer to implement SEO best practices: optimised page titles, meta descriptions, image file names, and alt text. Plan and write product-focused blog content to drive education, trust, and organic traffic. Design custom product boxes/packaging and collaborate with suppliers to deliver print-ready files; maintain a complete library so every product has an approved box design. Create clear, user-friendly product manuals and provide final assets to suppliers. Coordinate with photographer & social team to brief shoots, ensure shot lists, and secure on-brand, high-quality images for the site and blogs. Assist with basic product assembly/build prep ahead of photoshoots. Pitch in on other reasonable tasks to keep launches smooth and on schedule.

Must-haves

Strong writing skills (product copy, how-to content, and basic technical writing). Previous experience with web design/graphic design. Packaging/print design skills with print-ready artwork delivery. Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop; InDesign for manuals). Excellent organisation and project management; able to juggle multiple products/timelines. High attention to detail and consistency in naming, formatting, and asset management. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally between company sectors and communicate clearly with suppliers.

Nice to have

Basic HTML/CSS familiarity for formatting content in a CMS. Experience creating photography briefs, shot lists, and lightweight image retouching. Knowledge of accessibility best practices for web content.

What success looks like

Every product has a polished page, accurate details, optimised assets, and matching box design & manual. New products go live on schedule with complete, SEO-ready content and imagery. Blog content steadily grows organic traffic and answers common customer questions.
