About Us:

We are a growing online business specialising in quality flooring and accessories, providing customers across the UK with a wide range of products and exceptional service. We are now looking for an experienced and motivated E-commerce Sales and Operations Executive to join our team and help drive continued growth.

The Role:

This is a hands-on, office-based position involving both operational management and customer engagement. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the business day-to-day, following up on sales opportunities, and supporting the customer journey from initial enquiry to purchase.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the e-commerce business, ensuring orders, stock, and systems run efficiently. Follow up with customers who have received sample requests, with the aim of converting leads into sales. Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone and email. Maintain accurate records, paperwork, and documentation related to orders, deliveries, and customer accounts. Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to coordinate stock and logistics. Monitor website listings and product information to ensure accuracy and availability. Support ongoing business development activities and identify opportunities to increase sales. Contribute to a positive customer experience by delivering excellent service at all stages of the buying process.
Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience in e-commerce operations, sales, or a related administrative role. Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with common office software (e.g. Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar). Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. A proactive, results-driven attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
