The Job Role
We are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to Support the management and maintenance of the E-commerce platform, ensuring product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for search engine visibility and affiliate sites.
The purpose of this role is
Work with the customer service team and be responsible for the smooth running of the office and provide support the management
Bringing new products online with the support of marketing and successfully launching new brands and areas to the websites.
Product ordering & Stock Control for order fulfilment to run smoothly.
Working within the team to update site elements - planning site updates and home page changes.
. Desirable knowledge in Amazon & Ebay Marketplaces.

An ideal candidate will be a courteous, self-motivated and reliable individual who is able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. You should be able to plan and prioritise workloads to achieve objectives whilst remaining flexible due to the nature of the position.
Key Skills & Aptitude:
Excellent time management skills and ability to keep to tight deadlines
Pick & Packing and logistics experience
Demonstrate a true understanding and insight in to how to operate an e-commerce
Be adaptable to a fast-paced environment that evolves on a regular basis
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge and skills on MS Office Suite, Ebay, Amazon and WordPress
Organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
A creative mind with an ability to actively contribute
Good communication and diplomacy skills
A proactive organiser with clear attention to detail
Essential Experience
Experience of implementing and maintaining policies and procedures
Proven track record in client and customer service
Experienced in Microsoft Office packages
Experienced in Amazon, Ebay selling platforms
A minimum of 1 year experience as a E-commerce Executive
Desirable Experience
Experience of growing an online-focused business will determine the basic offered
Exposure to supporting a business during global growth
Experience in WordPress administration; WooCommerce; Veeqo; Amazon; ebay
