E-Commerce Specialist

Key Responsibilities



Enhance the online customer journey to increase engagement, loyalty, and conversion rates. Coordinate with other members of the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, including on-site activation and promotional code management. Own and deliver e-commerce trading plans, ensuring promotions and product launches align with commercial goals. Analyse and report on sales performance and customer behaviour using both Magento and Google Analytics, providing actionable insights for future planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver and implement seamless merchandising strategies that reflect brand identity and drive revenue. Curate and optimise product assortments to ensure a visually appealing and user-friendly shopping experience. Own web data analytics and customer insights to inform online merchandising and promotional decisions. Partner with web development teams to improve site functionality and overall user experience. Ensure product data integrity, including pricing, descriptions, and availability. Stay ahead of industry trends and e-commerce best practices to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation.

Essential Skills & Experience



2+ years' experience in an e-commerce role with a focus on Magento and WooCommerce (B2B and B2C). Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Proven ability to manipulate and interpret large datasets for reporting and insights. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (CSV, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP). Experience with Inventory Management Systems and CRM tools. Strong project and campaign management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and the ability to work independently or collaboratively. Flexible and adaptable with exceptional time management.

Desirable



Experience or interest in the hair, beauty, wellness industry is a big bonus, but not essential Familiarity with content management, Amazon and digital marketing. Experience in PPC is an advantage.
