eCommerce & Trading Manager

to drive the performance, growth, and optimisation of our online channels across both D2C and B2B websites and marketplaces.

The Role:

You will lead day-to-day management of our eCommerce platforms, focusing on website functionality, UX/UI improvements, CRO, SEO, and the overall customer journey. Working closely with Brand, Media Buying, and Development teams, you'll plan and execute trading activities, optimise product listings, and implement tools that deliver measurable commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and optimise eCommerce websites and marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon) Lead promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal trading activity online Drive conversion rate optimisation (CRO) through A/B testing, UX/UI improvements, and funnel analysis Implement on-site SEO strategies and monitor key performance metrics Analyse customer behaviour, feedback, and journey to improve engagement, retention, and satisfaction Collaborate with Brand and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and promotions Manage relationships with developers, agencies, and other external partners

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

eCommerce platform management and website performance monitoring Product data and marketplace management Conversion rate optimisation and UX/UI best practices Onsite campaign execution and trading activity SEO knowledge and keyword research Customer journey mapping and data-driven decision-making Strong project management skills

Desirable:

HTML/CSS basics for minor fixes Seasonal/category trading experience Technical SEO understanding Customer feedback analysis
