Are you passionate about Economics and keen to inspire Sixth Form students to think critically about the world around them?

You'll teach A-Level Economics (A and B specifications), working alongside experienced Economics and Business lecturers to deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that support excellent student outcomes.


This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a supportive academic environment where ambition, curiosity and progression are encouraged. This position is 25 hours per week.

What you'll do:

Teach A-Level Economics, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons Monitor student progress, attendance and achievement, providing timely feedback Develop and adapt high-quality teaching resources and learning activities Promote students' interest in Economics and its real-world relevance Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement Take part in wider Sixth Form life, including meetings and enrichment where appropriate

What we're looking for:

A degree in Economics or a related subject A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Economics education Excellent communication and organisational skills A positive, student-centred approach with high expectations Commitment to safeguarding, equality and professional standards
