Duties
Assist with the organisation and coordination of daily tasks and projects
Support team members with administrative and operational activities
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to ongoing projects
Contribute to the planning and execution of organisational events or initiatives
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures
Participate in meetings, providing input and feedback to improve processes
Requirements
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
