Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and forward-thinking Performance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with talented young athletes and elite coaches, driving performance through cutting-edge analysis and innovative feedback methods. If you are passionate about analysis, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a desire to grow, we want to hear from you.

What you will be doing:

Leading delivery of performance analysis for the Academy and 'A' team including matchday analysis and training sessions to support player development. Providing detailed performance reports, data and insights to support the coaching team Working closely with colleagues in Analysis, Academy, Pro Team and High Performance to ensure alignment of player insights, video and information

What we're looking for:

Experience in the delivery of performance analysis services within a high performance sporting environment Excellent IT skills, including experience of using Hudl products (Sportscode, studio) for data collection and visualisation software (Tableau and Power BI) Someone with the ability to self-manage, working to deadlines and planning your own time
