Consulting brings together multiple teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions for RSM's current and future clients within the middle market. Our Consulting team has a major role to play in driving forward the growth of the firm with over 1,700 people delivering almost 200m revenue.



At the heart of Consulting are the six solutions we offer our clients: business transformation, deal services, finance function support, risk and governance, forensic and investigation services, and restructuring. The Project Manager role is responsible for high level management, delegation, and execution of day-to-day e-discovery project tasks. The role involves concurrently managing multiple projects of varying complexities. The incumbent will collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, IT personnel, and other members of the counsel and/or client legal team to ensure the successful completion of e-discovery matters. Project Managers must also mentor, train and delegate as necessary to ensure client expectations are met and their experience with Consilio is valued.

You will make an impact by:

Providing end-to-end oversight of discovery matters and serving as primary client point of contact. Providing expertise and consultative advice regarding data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables. Managing projects of our global clients. Creating and maintaining project schedules, including defining activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements. Developing and managing relationships with internal teams. Defining, communicating, implementing and monitoring quality standards on all project deliverables. Planning and managing internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables.

What we are looking for:




To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience must include:

BA/BS degree or minimum 3 years in the litigation support / legal industry. Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager. Demonstrated working knowledge of KCura's Relativity review platform. Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally. Demonstrated experience managing multiple, concurrent projects involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints. Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills to support project success.
