We produce a range of business-to-business websites, magazines, and events focused on luxury fashion and jewellery, healthcare, hospitality, and catering for professionals.
ITP Media Group is seeking a visionary and results-driven Editor to lead the prestigious WatchPro brand into its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in building and scaling luxury or B2B media titles, with a particular understanding of how to deliver engaging news content across print, digital and multimedia platforms. This is a pivotal role for a leader with a bold editorial vision, a passion for breaking industry news, and a track record of innovation in new media.
Requirements

  • Lead the editorial strategy and vision for WatchPro across all platforms -- digital, print, multimedia and events -- in both UK and US markets.
  • Manage, edit and produce WatchPro's monthly print editions for the UK and US markets, adhering to tight deadlines and a busy event schedule
  • Produce engaging features, analysis and commentary on key industry topics and company news
  • Source and write multiple daily news articles for WatchPro UK and US websites
  • Compile and distribute daily email news alert sent to all WatchPro subscribers
  • Craft and evolve WatchPro's unique editorial voice, aligning with its luxury positioning and deep industry authority, while also demonstrating strong B2B news-writing and feature-writing skills
  • Conduct face-to-face interviews with senior executives from watch brands and retailers
  • Use audience analytics, SEO, and performance metrics to refine content strategies and increase engagement
  • Generate new ideas for editorial and commercial initiatives
  • Collaborate with digital editor, as well as commercial and branded content teams, to deliver compelling, editorially sound sponsored campaigns
  • Organisation and execution of annual awards programmes and networking events, including responsibility for producing all corresponding editorial content
  • Represent WatchPro as a brand ambassador at major industry events, product launches, and watch fairs worldwide
Skills/Knowledge, and Qualifications:
  • At least five years in a senior editorial or Editor role
  • Team leadership and staff management
  • Hands-on multimedia experience (digital, social, video, print)
  • Strong editorial judgment, writing, and editing skills
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, SEO tools, analytics dashboards, and social publishing systems
  • Comfortable managing editorial budgets
  • Confident public speaker and networker, with strong industry connections. Experience working on a large, international luxury brand
  • Experience analysing and interpreting data to inform content creation and editorial strategy
  • Proven record of digital audience growth
