Editor/Graphic Designer

to join our talented team.

The Editor/Graphic Designer will be a visual storyteller with expertise in creating high-quality video content and graphic assets for use across multiple digital channels. You'll work on visual content creation, editing, designing, occasional filming and contribute to web-based projects when required. Working days are in person, predominantly Monday to Friday 9-5 but you will be expected to work evenings and weekends when productions are scheduled.

Responsibilities:

Video Production & Editing (Primary Focus):

Create and edit a variety of videos including promotional content, social media content, interviews, podcasts, and event videos. Create motion graphics for adverts and use in video projects. (Adobe After Effects) Ensure videos are optimised for various platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, websites, etc.). Scheduling of assets on social media platforms.

Graphic Design (Primary Focus):

Design marketing materials including logos, social media graphics, banners, brochures, business cards, and presentations. Maintain cohesive visual branding across all creative output. Produce design elements for use in video, print, and digital campaigns.

Photography (Secondary Focus):

Capture high-quality images for various projects, including events, products, and promotional materials. Ensure consistency in visual style and brand identity across all photography work.

Web & Digital Media (Preferable but not required - Training available):

Support website updates using WordPress including layout edits, media uploads, and minor front-end changes. (familiarity with Elementor)

Collaboration & Creative Strategy:

Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute creative marketing concepts. Liaise with clients and stakeholders from brief to final delivery. Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.

Skills Required:

Proven experience in video production and graphic design. Proficient in relevant software tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After effects, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva). Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of visual media projects. Experience creating content for social media and digital campaigns. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Excellent visual storytelling ability and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Education:

Degree or equivalent experience in Video Production, Graphic Design, Digital Media or related field.
