We're an independent publishing studio crafting cinematic, high-end print and digital editorials. Each publication is driven by a clear visual and emotional narrative -- blending visual storytelling, craftsmanship, and concept.

We are currently working on multiple upcoming editions and are looking for an

organized, detail-focused assistant

to help us stay on track across dozens of contributors and brand partners.

About the Role

This role is

not creative writing or content creation

This is ideal for someone with

a strong sense of structure

, who thrives on follow-up and clear progress.

Your Responsibilities

Follow up with brand contributors (email, reminders, status checks) Maintain a contributor tracker (who sent what, what's missing) Organize folders for photography, bios, interviews, and visual assets Help coordinate image rights, credits, and approvals Update our shared editorial calendars and spreadsheets Communicate respectfully and clearly with brands, artists, and creatives Flag delays early -- and help keep momentum

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in

editorial admin, project coordination, or creative production

You don't mind (and maybe enjoy) sending 3-4 reminder emails to get something delivered Strong in Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and structured folder systems Fluent English speaker (written & spoken) Calm, clear communicator -- who follows through Understands creative or editorial environments but doesn't need to "be the writer"

What We Offer

Flexible remote hours Refined creative environment, working on thoughtful, story-led publications Freedom to work independently, with structure and clarity Potential for expanded support roles across publishing + visual production
