Description Education 360 Recruiter, Brentwood, Essex (office based)
Salary: 25-35k plus commission

As an Education 360 Recruiter, you will end-to-end manage the recruitment cycle for education roles, from candidate sourcing through to placement and follow-up. Based in Brentwood, you'll be part of a close-knit team that values personal development, collaboration, and making a tangible difference in education.
Key Responsibilities

• Full life-cycle recruitment for educational positions (permanent and temporary), including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients-understanding needs, managing expectations, and delivering value.
• Uphold impeccable standards of compliance, fairness, and transparency in every placement.
• Achieve and exceed targets-measured both by placement success and relationship quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to share insights, support candidates, and optimize recruitment strategies.
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture-engaging in team development, social events, and wellbeing initiatives.

What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills

• 2 years + experience in education recruitment is essential, ideally within SEN or primary education.
• Strong communicator: persuasive, empathetic, and articulate.
• Resilient and target-driven, with a solutions-focused mindset.
• Well-organised with great attention to detail.
