Recruitment Consultant
Our client specialises in the Education sector
Loughton, Essex (parking available, 30 mins walk from train station)
We're looking for a driven Education Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Loughton. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter who's ready to take ownership of their desk and thrive in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
The Role

• Full 360 recruitment within the education sector (permanent and/or temporary staffing)
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools, candidates, and clients
• Driving new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing candidates to placing them successfully

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years' experience in education or healthcare recruitment (360 role essential)
• Strong business development skills and a proven track record of billing
• Ambitious, proactive, and resilient personality

Working Hours

• Term time: Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 5:30pm
• School holidays: Flexible hours (choose 9-12 or 1-5 over the summer)

Package

• Basic salary: 25,000 - 35,000 (DOE)
• Commission: Uncapped - rewarding you for your results
• On-site parking + office-based role in a busy, supportive environment
