We are recruiting for multiple full-time positions.
We're looking for brilliant and proactive Education Administrators to support the administration and delivery of Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programmes across the Faculty of Life Sciences. This is a fantastic opportunity for applicants who are keen to develop their skills and build a rewarding career within the new FLS Education Administration and Student Experience (EASE) team.
We're looking for organised and student-focused individuals to support our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes within the Faculty of Life Sciences. You'll play a key role in managing the academic cycle, from induction and timetabling to assessments and exam boards, while providing responsive support to students and staff. You'll work closely with academic leads to ensure smooth programme delivery and may also contribute to student engagement activities such as socials, field trips, and open days. There's also scope to support improvement projects using Excel and Power Apps, and to collaborate across the wider team when needed. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting students, we'd love to hear from you!
About you
You're a proactive, solutions-focused individual with strong organisational skills and an excellent eye for detail. You're confident working both independently and collaboratively, and you bring a positive, patient, and professional approach to everything you do. Strong communication skills are essential.
