About us
The (FPHS) brings together eight academic departments whose common aim is to explore and understand the underlying factors that cause ill-health and innovate to improve health worldwide. Our Education Administration and Student Experience (EASE) team is organised in hubs to support our different types of students: Postgraduate Taught (PGT); Postgraduate Research (PGR); Undergraduate/Online; UCL East.
Our EASE team is integrated across the Faculty and we work closely to complete annual administrative tasks together. We are continually looking for ways to increase efficiency, reduced duplication, and create a better experience for our staff.
We are looking for an Education Administrator to join our team to support our students in our PGT South Hub (Bloomsbury).
About the role
This role is offered on a permanent, full-time (1.0 FTE) basis and is eligible for hybrid working, with a minimum of 40% on site.
The role will provide specialist administration for our postgraduate taught courses in the Institute for Global Health, ensuring effective procedures are adopted and documented for dealing with all aspects of the administration.
The position will administer every part of the student lifecycle, including attendance monitoring, induction, assessments, student records, and teaching activities. The role holder will play a crucial part in providing a high quality and timely service to students and staff.

About you
Applicants should have a minimum of five GCSEs at Grade C or above (including Mathematics and English) or have similar relevant work experience.
You must have worked in a busy office environment, preferably within higher education. You should be very organised in your work, excellent at performing administrative duties, and comfortable using a variety of software and systems.
You will need good communication skills and have the desire to offer a high level of service. You will need to be able to work well as part of a team, liaise with a variety of people, and establish good working relationships with staff and students in a teaching and learning context.
