About the Role

You will provide specialist administration to postgraduate taught degree programmes, ensuring effective procedures are adopted and documented. You will assist in achieving a high quality and timely service to current and prospective students and staff related to the designated degree programmes, as well as providing support for all matters relating to the teaching and learning activities of students. This includes from enquiry to completion, supporting departmental tasks and processes relating to assessment, student, and programme records.


Appointment Details:




The post is graded at GRADE 6, the annual salary for which ranges from 36,433 to 41,833 (including London Allowance). This is a full-time permanent post available from Monday 19th January 2026. The role will be based at UCL's Bloomsbury Campus and UCL's Stanmore Campus / UCL's Royal Free Campus This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 40% on site. Currently this role has weekly onsite days on Mondays and Tuesdays/Thursdays. About You

You should have administrative experience in a busy office environment with good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt and learn new systems, liaise with a variety of people and relate to staff and students in a teaching and learning context.



You will be proactive with the ability to work independently and as a team. You will also be able to manage a busy workload and meet time-critical schedules whilst maintaining a commitment to high quality service.
