About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Education Adviser who specialises in safeguarding to join our team. In this role, you will have the chance to support a variety of education settings, ensuring that safeguarding practices are robust and effective. You will be instrumental in shaping and delivering high-quality training and improvement initiatives that respond swiftly to the evolving needs of schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver safeguarding training and CPD programmes.
• Support schools in improving their safeguarding practices.
• Collaborate with education professionals to design bespoke improvement packages.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in safeguarding and SEND.
