We are currently recruiting for an Education Advisor to join our fantastic Enrolment team.

Please note: This is a hybrid role - Contractually 4 days per week in the office, however flexible working of 2 days in Birmingham office and 3 days from home including evening work as well as two Saturdays a month is an option.

The Role:



As an Education Advisor you will work closely with the account management and sales teams to support new apprentice onboarding and to make the start of the learners' journey an informative and enthusing experience.


The role will involve:

Support each learner through their enrolment by providing Information, Advice and Guidance, supporting their enrolment process through to their start on their programme. Be responsible for timely and accurate completion of all enrolment paperwork and documentation for your caseload allocation. Process and complete all enrolment documentation in line with the ESFA requirements. Keep to desired timeframes when making initial contact, sending required documents and assessments to learners.

About You:



Target driven You will be able to demonstrate outstanding customer service and communication skills, whether face-to-face, on the telephone, in writing or on digital platforms. Good attention to detail - completing tasks to a high standard.

- Good time management - Ability to work towards strict deadlines and manage priorities and time in order to successfully meet deadlines.

Good IT knowledge (including all Microsoft packages)
