Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and advise prospective international students to meet recruitment targets. Provide personalised consultations based on students' academic backgrounds and career goals. Recommend suitable universities, courses, and study destinations. Assist with planning and submission of university applications. Review application documents such as personal statements and transcripts. Track application progress and maintain accurate student records. Liaise with students, universities, and internal teams to ensure smooth application processes. Participate in online and offline educational marketing activities, represent the organisation at education fairs, university open days, and counselling events. Deliver high-quality, student-centred service throughout the counselling and application process. Stay informed on global education trends, visa requirements, and institutional updates. Attend internal training sessions, university briefings, and familiarisation trips as required.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (Education, Business, International Studies or related field preferred) Mandarin speaker preferred; fluent in English required Strong sales and marketing skills with a proven ability to meet targets Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills A self-starter who works well both independently and as part of a team Prior experience in student recruitment or education consultancy is highly desirable Existing network within the local international student community is an advantage Must have legal right to work in the UK
