An exciting opportunity to jointhe Education & Development Centre administration team. This established and expanding service are looking to recruit an administrator to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Education and Development Centre and administration of apprenticeships across the Trust.
The role will also be required to provide a high standard of administration duties to support the Education and Development Team and to provide full administrative and clerical support in relation to apprenticeship administration.
Main duties of the job
To welcome, assist and direct staff members in accessing their appropriate training session in the Education and Development Centre in a courteous, efficient and effective way
Provide administrative support to the Apprenticeship work stream by ensuring all apprenticeships are recorded and updated on the government website and on the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) including starters and leavers.
Provide administrative support in the facilitation of Corporate induction, placement activities and course attendance
Provide administrative support to the marketing and promotional activity for apprenticeships and educational offerings.
