This role is pivotal to our company and presents an exciting opportunity for personal and professional development, with the potential to fast-track your career to become a Recruitment Consultant.
Responsibilities: * Conduct candidate sourcing activities to identify and attract suitable candidates for various job positions

• Utilise a variety of recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and suitability for specific roles
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment database
• Assist in the coordination of candidate interviews and assessments
• Support Recruitment Consultants in managing candidate relationships and ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective recruitment strategies and improve overall recruitment processes

Requirements: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates

• Excellent organisational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
