Telios Tutors is a leading private tutoring and education consultancy provider, specialising in bespoke academic support and tailored school and university admissions guidance. We work with families in the UK and internationally, providing a high-touch, personalised service to help students thrive academically and secure places at top independent schools.
We are expanding our Education Consultancy division and are seeking experienced consultants to join our network. This is a flexible, remote role ideal for education professionals with a background in independent school admissions, consultancy, or senior school leadership.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice to families on UK independent school admissions, including entry requirements, timelines, and realistic school options.
Assess students' academic profiles and create personalised admissions strategies.
Guide families on preparing for entrance exams, interviews, and school visits.
Offer insights on curriculum options and transitions from international schools to UK schools.
Conduct 1:1 consultations via Zoom/Teams with families globally.
Optionally assist with school applications, supporting documentation, and communications with admissions offices.
Requirements:
Strong background in UK independent school education or admissions (e.g., former school admissions officer, senior teacher, or head of year/house).
In-depth knowledge of leading day and boarding schools (e.g., St Paul's, Westminster, Sevenoaks, and similar co-ed schools).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with families.
Organised, professional, and confident working independently.
Previous consultancy, tutoring, or educational advisory experience preferred.
