25,000 - 26,000 starting, with a banding structure and promotion opportunities, including 6-month reviews and 12-month pay rises based on performance.

Responsibilities

Develop digital learning materials (questions, tests, mock exams, videos, interactive lessons, assessments) aligned with educational standards and curricula. Integrate multimedia elements (graphics, animations, audio) to enhance learning experiences. Ensure content aligns with educational standards and curriculum frameworks, mapping to specific learning objectives. Proofread and edit content for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to accessibility standards. Collaborate with graphic designers and team members to create cohesive, engaging content. Organise and manage content, ensuring easy accessibility and proper categorisation, while maintaining version control. Stay updated with the latest content creation methods and technologies to improve content development, such as leveraging AI to help build and rework content.

Requirements



Recent graduate in an English degree preferred. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. Proficient in multimedia tools and content management systems.
